We want you to be confident when purchasing from Drumming Solutions Australia, including Lugg Lockers, Kick Lugg Lockers, the Drumstick Caddy, Drum Anchor, Drum Anchor Pedal Edition, and Drum Anchor Rack Edition. We are happy to help if something is not right.

Returns and Refunds

If your product has a serious manufacturing fault or fails under normal use and correct installation, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

To assess a return or refund request, we may ask for reasonable proof, such as:

• Photos or video showing the product and the issue
• Confirmation that the correct product was selected
• Confirmation that the product was installed and used correctly
• Details of the drum, hardware, rug, carpet, or accessories being used

For Lugg Lockers and Kick Lugg Lockers, we may also ask for:

• Clear measurements of the drum lug being used, including flat-to-flat measurement where applicable
• Confirmation that the correct Lugg Locker size was selected
• Photos or video showing how the product was installed

For the Drumstick Caddy, we may also ask for:

• Photos or video showing the bass drum size, lug count, lug spacing, and mounting position
• Confirmation of the drumstick size being used
• Confirmation that the product was installed and used as intended

For Drum Anchor products, including Drum Anchor, Drum Anchor Pedal Edition, and Drum Anchor Rack Edition, we may also ask for:

• Photos or video showing the drum rug or carpet surface being used
• Confirmation that hook Velcro grips securely to the rug or carpet
• Photos or video showing the product placement and hardware placement
• Confirmation that the product was used on a suitable surface

Incorrect Size, Surface, or Installation

Returns or refunds are not available if the product was:

• Used with the wrong lug size, drum size, stick size, hardware type, rug, carpet, or surface
• Forced onto or against any lug, tension rod, hoop, drum, pedal, stand, rack, or hardware
• Used on an incompatible rug, carpet, smooth mat, Persian rug, shaggy carpet, long-pile carpet, rubber surface, or any surface where hook Velcro does not grip securely
• Modified, damaged, or misused
• Showing normal wear, cosmetic marks, scuffs, fibre build-up, dirt, or signs of normal use

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase and use.

Lugg Lockers and Kick Lugg Lockers must be matched to the correct lug size and should never be forced onto any hardware.

The Drumstick Caddy must be checked for compatibility with the customer’s bass drum size, lug count, lug spacing, drumstick size, and preferred mounting position.

Drum Anchor products rely on strong industrial hook Velcro gripping securely into a compatible drum rug or carpeted surface. They are not suitable for all rugs or carpets. Before use, customers should test their rug by pressing hook Velcro firmly onto the surface. If the hook Velcro grips strongly, the Drum Anchor product should work as intended. If the hook Velcro lifts easily, slides, or does not grip properly, the rug or carpet is not suitable.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are not accepted once the product has been used or installed.

If the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition, please contact us before returning it so we can confirm eligibility.

All return requests must be approved before sending items back.
